With regard to RS application, our silver-plating, gold-plating and continuous plating products are mainly used in precision electronic instruments, precise instruments, aviation, spaceflight, communication, base stations, electronic circuit boards, line product connectors, automobiles, etc., to improve the electroconductibility and protective performance of products.
Operating system introduction
1、The control system is to depend on connection between industrial Ethernet and PLC master control station to complete information interaction, RS485 communication control for all rectifiers, and direct response for set data of on-line parameters, and use the human-computer interface to conveniently control the operation of the production line system, to achieve simple program operation.
2、Carry out real-time monitoring for liquid level status, temperature, current, and voltage parameters of each work station for production lines, and set the upper and lower limits, to ensure safety and production on the basis of fulfilling the quality requirements.
3、The system may set the multi-level operation permission, to distinguish administrator permission from operator permission, able to more effectively ensure production efficiency and safety. To add and modify the permission may be completed in the human-computer interface or on the PC terminal, to reduce the possibility of misoperation by different operators.
4、The operating system has functions, such as setting, storage and reading of technical parameters for various products, convenient for recording the electroplating process requirements by different clients, with more stable quality management & control for production lines.
